As a mother of 4; I take so much pride in feeding fresh ingredients, homemade food cooked, prepped and served with my heart and soul in every plate. Having to experience one of my children struggle with picky eating and getting the proper nutrition. I began to experiment with textures, flavors and other foods to help my little toddler eat and get the nutrients needed for their little body to grow.
I got a freeze dryer and began to freeze dry recipes, fruits and veggies to incorporate on my meals. Alas! My sweet baby began to eat and enjoy freeze dried goodies! It is my pride and joy to share that Nurtured Nibbles was born! I love preparing food with love and help my sweet children enjoy snacks without all the junk! Hope you enjoy these freeze dried goodies I have worked so hard for you!
